One of the great inspiration to me are the Chinese kites made with so much craftsmanship and originality. I was looking for a nice shape to make a lamp for above the dining table and decided that the whale is perfect. Good for a long, round and square table. I use the same frameworkof the whale but I cover these with kite paper like the kitebuilders do. the lights are circa 105cm long and 55cm wide the come with a fiiting and cord. Led lamps only!
