Christmas cards handmade by Etta Maduro

Yesterday I visited my friend Etta Maduro. More than 25 years back, I got to know her through my mother. All these years she has been working with drive and passion as a fine art artist. It was so fun and inspiring to look around her home and studio because everything screams imagination. I always loved her graphic work but really found out yesterday how deeply she is touched by nature and I experienced a connection between our work and how we look at the world. I hope to show more of her work in the coming year what I took away yesterday in any case is a collection of handmade cards with beautiful dried flowers. She made them for Christmas but in a nice frame I think it can stay all year.

The cards are made with real dried leaves and flowers. The cards of 6 and 7 euro are also made with handmade paper.
