Nature Table - Nativity scene (advents-calendar)

Looking for inspiration for the coming advent I found an old book by Freya Jaffke. She inspired me to make a Christmas stable that grows with each day. Just like an advent calendar. First week for the mineral kingdom, second week for the plant kingdom, third week for the animal kingdom and of course the cosmos. Then the stable, Maria and Joseph and finally the Christmas child. On these dark days the expectation grows and the light in our own hearts may grow into a beautiful flame.
